He has over 20 years' experience leading technology teams working within and for large organizations, including a Masters of Leadership from Royal Roads University specializing in the development of high performance teams.

As an advisor and coach he values objectivity and boldness, but above all, he values being people-centred and empathetic to the complexity of the human system we try to manage our way through every day.
